Throughout my career i have always been happy to think outside of the box, try new ideas and try to keep things fresh.
I am a devil for getting bored with my images, so for the past 3 or 4 years i have played around with personal images to get a "vintage" or "timeless" look to my images.
A few weeks ago i was approached by the owner of a new intimate but exclusive wedding venue to capture a few images of a model with a vintage theme to the images. The idea was to give the pictures a 1930's look.
The shoot took place at Tythe House, Ovingdean which is just west of Brighton in Sussex. Lisa who organised the project had also managed to borrow a stunning period dress from Lindsay Fleming Couture an award winning wedding dress designer based in Scotland.
Anyway, to keep to the theme of the shoot i decided that the vintage look i had been working on few the past few years would be perfect.
Here are a couple of favourites from the morning's shoot.
All were shot on my Nikon D300 and processed in CS3 Bridge before adding my personal Photoshop actions.
