It was a lovely idea for Caroline and her party to walk from their home the other side of the A24 and fortunately the weather stayed fine for the procession up to the church.
Following a lovely ceremony, and after a few family photographs in front of the church, the wedding party and their guests all walked back down the hill, under the main road and up to the couple's beautiful home, where a marquee, drinks and canapes awaited.
The wedding was another one where i had been recommended by the fabulous Super Event who are probably the best catering and marquee company in the south of England. The food and service offered by this "outside caterer" rival many a top hotel!
During the drink's reception, i whisked the couple off for a few informal images on the hillside over looking their home and the Downs as they wanted to show off the stunning scenery.
I will remember this wedding for its especially emotional, sincere and heart-felt speeches. The atmosphere was electric as the day ran into the evening and i left after covering some of the dancing and listening to a superb band.
